Simply put, if you can walk you can hike.
Hiking is not difficult.
Hiking is simply putting one foot in front of another and going for a walk.
Your hike could be anywhere - I like the deserts, you may like the mountains.
The big difference between hiking and going for a walk is the surface terrain and naturally the location.
When you walk around the block you are probably close to civilization so preparation is not a big concern.
When you go for a hike you need to think about being self-sufficient.
Start out by walking around the block or the park and build up your stamina and then expand your area as you expand you physical skills.
Get going and have some fun!
